Z06 NOSE EURO GRILLE

Thank-you for the purchase of our new Z06 NOSE EURO GRILLE . 

TOOLS AND ADDITIONAL ITEMS REQUIRED

1)     Small flat screwdriver

2)     Automotive Goop or equivalent Epoxy  

INSTALLATION TIME – 20 minutes

Wrap the flat end of the screwdriver with duct tape.

Insert the flat end of the screwdriver at the middle lower end, between the plastic grille and the hood.

The plastic shell is held in place with a double sided tape about 1.5 inches long.

Slowly loosen the bond between the plastic grille and the hood. Be careful not to scratch the paint.

Apply the Automotive Goop or equivalent Epoxy  to the back of the vertical supports and the perimeter of the plastic grille.

Insure that the Euro Grille fits flush with the plastic grille and apply.

Allow the Automotive Goop or equivalent Epoxy  to dry.

Install the double sided tape supplied in the kit, to the bottom of the plastic grille.

Reinstall the finished grille

CARE OF THE Z06 ROUND HOLE STAINLESS STEEL  NOSE GRILLE KIT PRODUCT

The product is designed to last the entire life of your car under normal conditions. The product will resist heat, cold, rain, wind, and impacts. Although this product is durable, it will not survive a major  impact or A collision.

Your Z06 NOSE GRILLE KIT is high quality stainless steel and can be cleaned normal car wash soap. You may also a stainless steel polish and a buffer to increase the shine factor. (You must wait 24 hours before attempting to clean the grilles)
